Terms of Use
Effective · May 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of virginiapowerstudies.com(the “site”), a Virginia power-system-studies landing page operated by True Power Systems PLLC(“TPS,” “we”). By using the site you agree to these terms.
What this site is
This site describes the power system study services TPS provides for facilities in Virginia, including arc flash, short-circuit, coordination, and load-flow studies. It is marketing material. It is not engineering advice and does not create an engineer-client relationship. Engineering deliverables are produced only under a signed scope of work and are sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the project state.
Quote requests
Submitting the quote-request form starts a conversation. It is not a contract and does not obligate either party. Fees, scope, and schedule are confirmed only in a written proposal accepted by both parties. Information you provide should be accurate to the best of your knowledge so we can scope the work correctly.
Acceptable use
You may view and share this site for legitimate business purposes. You may not scrape it for commercial datasets, use it to train models, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit the form with false or automated entries.
Intellectual property
The site content, layout, and TPS marks are the property of TPS. References to published standards (NFPA, IEEE, ANSI) are for identification only; those standards remain the property of their publishers.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is.” TPS is not liable for any claim arising from reliance on the marketing information published here. Any engineering work TPS performs is governed by the terms of the separate signed agreement for that work, not by these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
