This page describes how True Power Systems PLLC(“TPS,” “we”) handles information collected through virginiapowerstudies.com, the Virginia power-system-studies landing page operated by TPS.
What we collect
When you submit the quote-request form, we collect the name, company, email, facility type, study type, and project description you provide. We also collect standard analytics on site visits (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) through our content platform.
How we use it
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry with a scope and fee proposal and to follow up on the project. Analytics are used to understand which content is useful. We do not sell personal information and we do not run advertising.
How we share it
Form submissions are processed by our content platform (Sonor) and delivered to TPS. We do not share submissions with third parties beyond the platform required to operate the site.
Your choices
To request a copy, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email scott@truepowersystems.com from the address you used. We respond within thirty days.
